6061-T6 aluminum alloy is a high-strength, heat-treatable wrought alloy with magnesium and silicon as its principal alloying elements. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, and superior machinability. After solution heat treatment and artificial aging (T6 temper), the material achieves high tensile strength, yield strength, and hardness, making it widely used in structural applications. It also features good weldability, formability, and surface finishing characteristics, suitable for anodizing, painting, and other surface treatments.

Our operation will be faster and error-free. Our payment method supports TT, with 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment after vehicle inspection.

Can you provide MTC quality test report?

We understand the importance of quality assurance. JINZHE is committed to providing customers with high-quality materials. Unlike other suppliers, we offer free Mill Test Reports (MTC) with existing material purchases.

What is your delivery time?

If we have stock of the size you need, it usually takes 3-5 days. If customized production is required, it will take approximately 7-10 days.Depending on the quantity.
